Supporting US Banks digital transformation for app

Between 2018–2019, we helped US Bank reshape how users interact with their money.
We supported the digital transformation of US Bank's mobile app alongside other agency partners, Publicis Sapient, and the internal design team.
Our focus: create clarity and confidence across key account actions. We tackled how users view transactions, manage credit cards, and connect external accounts—turning friction points into fluid interactions.
Design decisions were grounded in testing and validation, ensuring the UX held up across complex flows and real-world scenarios.




We don’t just ship—we stress-test. Every key flow was vetted through heat maps, moderated sessions, and unmoderated studies. From tap paths to task success rates, we had data in-hand to prove our decisions worked before they went live.



We helped drive adoption of location services through smart UX and friendly storytelling. From crisp copy to custom illustration, we turned a security prompt into a moment of trust—balancing accessibility, delight, and business impact.
