No. Research and design-only services. Looking for development? We would recommend an hourly block engagement.
Yep. Absolutely. No long-term contracts required.
We'll pro-rate your month based on when we start. If we start on the 15th for example, we'll pro-rate the month to about 50% of your time block.
You'll have 1 dedicated account lead (with a design background) for your entire experience. We build tickets in Trello or Jira (or whichever tool you prefer). We like Slack and Miro. We'll keep a running progress deck, and constant ansync communications.
It's our preference to always test and validate our designs. We want you to feel confident going to market backed by data.
We conduct moderated and unmoderated testing. We look for insights on what's working and what's not. We pivot as needed removing what doesn't work and scaling what does.
