UHC's primary dashboard, called Home Health Hub (HHH), went through a redesign. We helped to design the vision of the HHH, a place that would touch millions of people daily.

Gaining alignment across the UnitedHealth Group (UHG) on product features and user experience was a challenge met with a new tool concept: Interactive Journey Map. This tool was designed for internal users and stakeholders to be able to communicate user journeys and variations of journey's to inform product design and research on ideal user experiences.
